My Nutritional Therapy Toolbox: Mindset Coaching & Motivational Interviewing

Ever had this thought?

“I know what I need to do… I just can’t seem to do it.”

Or maybe:

“I know this food makes me feel awful, it’s never worth it… but I keep going back to it anyway.”

If so, please know:

That doesn’t make you weak.

It makes you human.

This was the biggest challenge in my own gut healing journey.

I spent months (honestly, years) trying to get rid of Candida while still eating foods I knew were slowing me down.

I had all the knowledge… but I didn’t yet have the tools to follow through.

Now, after years of personal experience and working with countless clients, I know this for sure:

Gut healing isn’t just about what’s on your plate.

It’s also about what’s happening in your mind.

That’s why I’ve dedicated a special space in my Nutritional Therapy Toolbox to mindset coaching and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

Because success isn’t about being told what to do.

You’ve probably already been told what to do by doctors, by blogs, by Instagram, maybe even by past nutritionists.

But what you really need?

A guide who meets you where you are.

Someone who doesn’t just hand you a list and walk away, but walks with you, through the hard parts.

Someone who believes in you fully, because she’s been in your shoes.

That’s me.

I don’t just write gut-healing protocols.

I guide the whole person.

I never require perfection; I just ask for commitment.

That’s why I use Motivational Interviewing in my practice.

It’s a client-centered, research-backed approach to behavior change.

It’s collaborative.

It’s non-judgmental.

It’s about curiosity, not criticism.

We explore your goals, your obstacles, and your why, together.

We build momentum in ways that feel aligned and doable.

We make your values the driver of your healing, not just my recommendations.

Alongside MI, I bring in mindset coaching based on the foundational truth that:

→ Your thoughts impact your actions.

→ Your actions determine your results.

If your thoughts are saying “This won’t work” or “I always mess this up,” we work on those.

Because the truth is, healing happens when your mind and your body are on the same team.

Let me be clear:

I’m not a therapist, and I don’t offer mental health care.

But I do offer a high-touch program that supports behavior change, body awareness, and emotional growth within the scope of nutritional therapy.

And when someone needs deeper therapeutic support, I refer to other trusted professionals.

But so often, what my clients need is exactly what I offer:

Someone who gets it, who doesn’t judge, and who stays by your side, even when it feels messy or slow.

Clients often tell me that this is the part they were missing when working with other professionals.

That this is the reason they’re finally making progress.

So if you’ve been stuck in the “I know what to do, but I can’t seem to do it” loop…

You don’t need another to-do list.

You need a partner.

You need someone who knows the science and the struggle, and who will walk with you step by step as you change your perspective on food, your body, and yourself.

Let’s work together to shift your mindset, your habits, and your health for good.

Rooting for your gut and your growth.
